About Me
My name is Hallie Young, and I'm a certified fitness trainer and public health professional with a passion for helping others live happier, healthier lives. I discovered my love for fitness in 2016, after struggling with fatigue, low confidence, and stress for years. The gym became a safe haven and growth space for me, and I knew that I wanted to help others experience the same transformation. After earning my Master's in Public Health and becoming a certified trainer, I've had the opportunity to help countless individuals improve their health and wellbeing.
What sets me apart as a trainer and public health professional is my focus on individualized care and holistic wellness. I believe that health is about more than just exercise and nutrition - it's about addressing the unique needs of each client, including their mental health, stress levels, and sleep habits.
