New Year, Better You Challenge
Four week New Year’s fitness challenge to start strong on your 2024 health & fitness goals. The challenge will run from 1/8/24 to 2/2/24 and includes:
Four weeks of workouts
Options for gym, home or 30 minute workout programs
Demonstration videos for each exercise
Optional cardio & core workouts
Mindset workbook for building discipline and healthy habits
Nutrition eBook with extra information about how to fuel for your goals
Access to an accountability group chat with fellow challenge participants
Access to your coach 24/6 for any questions or support
For the home & 30 minute challenges, you will need one pair of light dumbbells (5-10 lbs), one pair of heavy dumbbells (20-50 lbs), and one short resistance band.
